Janet has loved working in this field since the moment she heard about physiotherapy. As an athlete in university she got injured and attended a sports clinic where she thought to herself "what is this physiotherapy? I'd like to do that!".
Janet's one piece of advice is to practice moderation/balance in one's life to achieve overall wellness.
Janet has 4 grown children (men now!). She enjoys many sports but mainly spends her time walking, hiking in the mountains, skiing, biking, swimming, reading, and cheering on the Calgary Flames (as her and her family are avid fans).
