Myofascial Release

Myofascial release has quickly become a popular technique in physiotherapy and massage worlds. It is a favourite due to its gentle, yet effective nature. Its purpose is to separate the fascia, which is connective tissue that is found enveloping every structure in the body, and release it's tension from the muscle, nerve, ligament, tendon, or bone below,

Fascia can become sticky in response to trauma and injury, it may also be affected by hydration levels in the skin and circulation.

Our team has training which helps treat myofascial structures to restore range of motion, strength, and circulation, and decrease pain.
