Puneet received her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in India in 2007 and has been working at Access Physiotherapy for the last 9 years.

She has certifications in:

• Pelvic floor physiotherapy

• Concussion management

• Musculoskeletal techniques

• Dry needling

• And has a special interest in scar tissue mobilization

 

Puneet enjoys working in this field as she feels productive and loves contributing to the community!

 

Puneet's one piece of advice would be to practice moderation in everyday life.

 

Outside of the physio world Puneet is doing her favourite thing!- spending time with her two little kids. Puneet also enjoys writing poetry in her spare time.
